Hoodbooms are the second type of Hoodlum encountered in Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc in the Clear Leaf Forest. They throw bombs with the normal fuses. They are mostly found in hard-to-reach areas and high places. They are also seen walking on stilts. They seem to have a habit of laughing a lot. According to the game, they are the most intelligent kind of hoodlums since they are able to count up to 3. Their stilts are only deafeatable with the Vortex Power Can.
